- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Affairs, Chalmers P. Wylie VA Outpatient Clinic, 543 Taylor Avenue, Columbus, Ohio intend to negotiate on a sole source basis with Versus Technology Inc., Traverse City, Michigan to provide and install a Versus Sensory Network under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Versus Technology's software is only compatible to our installed SimplexGrinnell Sentinel 500 Nurse Call System. Written inquiries or comments regarding this notice may be sent via fax to the attention of the Contracting Officer and must be received no later than September 24, 2009. No solicitation will be made available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
