- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) WX3JN38260N347 (iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 (iv)This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 423820 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. (v)Line Item 0001 JOHN DEERE 997 DIESEL Z-TRAK MOWER OR EQUAL WITH 31 HP YANMAR DIESEL ENGINE AND A 60inch SIDE DISCHARGE DECK. Quantity: 1 each. (vi) Purchase of Riding Mower. (vii)FOB destination: delivery to HAWAII NATIONAL PARK, Hawaii by 24 October 2008. However technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, availability, and past performance will be weighed in conjunction with price.
