- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management, Salt Lake City, Utah, has a requirement for vendors to provide all labor, materials and equipment for purchase and installation of modular furniture workstations at the Utah State Office on the 4th floor. There are approximately 13 workstations and 3 private offices that will be involved. For this requirement 3 proposals will be submitted: 1)To provide all workstsation components, labor and materials for installation, to include a complete breakdown of all items by price and labor by category and amount. 13 new workstations and relocation of furniture from 3 private offices. 2)To provide workstation components, labor and materials for installation, to include a complete breakdown of all items by price and labor by category and amount. 7 new workstations, relocation of furniture from 3 private offices, and relocation of workstation components from 9 workstations from the first floor to be incorporated into 6 workstations on the fourth floor.. 3)To provide workstation components, labor and materials, for installation, to include a complete breakdown of all items by price and labor by category and amount. 7 new workstations, no relocations of office or other workstations. The North American Industry Classification System number for this procurement is 337214. The anticipated performance time is 90 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. Proposals will be evaluated for best value to the government based on Technical Ability, Past Performance and Price. Comparatively, price will be of equal weight with technical ability and past performance. Potential quoters will be required to visit the site after the solicitation is posted and before proposals are submitted. A formal site visit will be arranged and quoters will be notified of the date, place, and time in the formal solicitation. No proposals will be accepted from a vendor who does not attend the site visit due to the nature of the project and the space requirements for this installation. The solicitation with specifications and drawings will be available by electronic posting only on or about October 15, 2008. Receipt of offers will be on or about October 30, 2008. Offers wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Additionally, quoters must have a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and register at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award of any federal contract. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guaranteed notification. Prospective quoters will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to contract documents. No other notification will be sent.
