- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division South (GRD-S) has a competitive requirement to design and construct waste water collection systems for two local neighborhood areas in Basrah. The sanitary sewer system is intended to provide the houses in each area with sanitary sewer service. The Contractor shall design and construct the gravity systems, pump stations, and force mains for the waste water systems in each area.
