- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-09-R-0015, IQC08254009036, 5365-01-102-3487, Bushing, Machine Thread. Solicitation is Small Business Set-Aside. Unit of issue is each. Not a Commercial item. Drawings are applicable and not an Export control Item. Critical Item Application. Surge and Sustainment is required for the NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and each option year thereafter 1224 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 306 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 1,224 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 306 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 1,224 each. Maximum Annual Quantity is 2,448 each. The Requested delivery is 90 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
