- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is F3A0J88256AG01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25. This acquisition will be set aside to small businesses.. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541430. This request for quotation consists of the following items: *Frames should be dark, real wood frames **Double matted, with unit patches and scarves imbedded. Patches should coorilate with the history of the picture. ***Need UV protective glass to protect images ****Some can be photographs; all must be at least 16x20 and double matted 0001: "The Return of the Lazy Baby," 305 BG Second Schweinfurt Raid, signed by surviving crew.
