Description
The United States Department of Labor’s Office of Worker's Compensation Programs is seeking a contractor for delivery of medical second opinion services for claimants under the FECA who are serviced by the DFEC District Office in Denver, Colorado. An indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract is anticipated, on a firm fixed unit price bases. This is a 100% full and open competition. For your information, the NAICS code for this requirement is 621999 and the size standard is $7.5 million. The period of performance of the proposed contract is anticipated to encompass one base year plus four additional option years. The solicitation will be available on or after June 20, 2008 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities web site, http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date for this solicitation will be on or about July 21, 2008. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
