- On behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Contracting Center of Excellence intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole source basis to SPSS, Inc to provide maintenance renewal on SPSS proprietary products and services. There is NO solicitation document. This notice is not a request for quotes.
