- The Joint Contracting Command Iraq, Mission Support Division intends to solicit and award a requirement for procurement of one (1) KA-350 Aircraft Cockpit Procedures Trainer(CPT), set-up & installation, systems operations training and Tech Support. The equipment ad training is to be delivered to or conducted at New Al Muthana Air Base (NAMAB), Baghdad, Iraq. The NAICS code is 611512. You will need to identify the brand, model/part number and provide the item’s technical specifications with your proposal for determination of technical acceptability. The proposed solicitation number is W91GY0-08-Q-0224. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 18 Sep 2008, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Submit all questions electronically, NO VERBAL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Any questions regarding this notice should be directed to Capt Jeremy Babb at jeremy.babb@pco-iraq.net. This is a firm-fixed-price procurement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All offers must reference the Request for Quotation (RFQ) number W91GY0-08-Q-0224. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. Questions and Answers shall be submitted by electronic Email not-later-than 20 Sep 2008 and Offers shall be submitted by electronic e-mail not-later-than 23 Sep 2008, 2000 local time, Baghdad, Iraq, including all applicable deliverables as specified in Section “Instructions to Offerors” of the solicitation.
