The contractor shall provide electrical and mechanical repairs to all components necessary to bring the pump houses to fully functional systems for their intended use. The word provide shall mean furnish, install, test and fully make ready for use. Area Description: Work shall be at the Jackson Avenue Barracks Buildings which consist of 4 buildings: 9135, 9136, 9137, and 9138. These buildings are all located at Fort Lewis, Washington.
