- This notice is posted as combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13), as supplemented with additional information included within to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide 13 EACH CAMPERS, PICKUP, WITHOUT SLIDEOUT, AND WITH BASIC SPECIFICATIONS: REAL WOOD PANELING, ONE-PIECE FIBERGLASS SHOWER, QUEEN EXTENDED CAB, RUBBER ROOF, ROOF ACCESS LADDER, R11 FIBERGLASS INSULATION, ASTRO FOIL ROOF BARRIER, FRONT RUBBER BED BUMPERS, NORCOLD REFRIGERATOR, 6 GAL WATER HEATER WITH BYPASS, POWER CONVERTER, ON-BOARD BATTERY SYSTEM, CO AND LPG DETECTORS, SMOKE DETECTOR, MICROWAVE, OUTSIDE SHOWER, ENCLOSED BLACK HOLDING TANK, RADIUS ENTRY DOOR WITH DEADBOLT LOCK, U-BOLT TIE-DOWN SYSTEM OR BETTER, RANGE HOOD WITH LIGHT AND FAN, WIDTH 96 IN HEIGHT 78 IN/90 IN, FLOOR OVERALL LENGTH 9 FT 11 IN/17 FT 8 IN, FRESH WATER TANK CAPACITY 36 GAL, BLACK TANK CAPACITY 13 GAL, GREY WATER TANK CAPACITY 11 GAL, LPG 2 EA 7 GAL, ATWOOD ELECTRIC JACKS, CD PLAYER, 9000 BTU AIR CONDITIONER, 4000 WATT LP GENERATOR, VENT COVERS, AND RYNO-LINED FLOOR. NORTHLAND POLAR 990 OR EQUAL. 13 EACH DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. VENDOR WILL PROVIDE FOR ALL MATERIALS NECESSARY FOR PROPER INSTALLATION OF CAMPER TO MEET OPERATIONAL STANDARDS AND WILL PROVIDE INITIAL OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTION ON SUPPLIED/INCLUDED EQUIPMENT. REQUEST THE DESIGN. Delivery will be to F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars (FACs) 2005-26. The proposed requirement is set-aside for Small Business concerns and applies to the North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 336214 with a size standard of 500 employees. In accordance with the Government will make a vest value award decision IAW FAR Part 13.106-2. Quotes shall include pricing information to include unit price and the extended total. To be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Work Flow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) websites. Information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requireiments may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423, or by registering via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Information on WAWF-RA registration may be obtained by calling 1-866-618-5988, or by registering via the WAWF-RA website at https//wawf.eb.mil/. The WAWF-RA Invoicing System is now mandatory for use. There are no charges or fees to use WAWF-RA, and allows monitoring of your payment status online. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certification Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. There will be no paper copies of the RFQ notice available. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent RFQ notice. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing within the time allowed.
