- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely with Parata Systems, Inc., 2600 Meridian Pkwy, Durham, NC 27713-2203 under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This requirement provides maintenance on the pharmacy system. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Parata Systems, Inc. The North American Industry Classification is 339999 and the size standard is 500. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
