- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W81K02-08-R-0217 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Department of Pathology, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for the BloodTrack ON Demand System Kiosk. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621511 and the SIC code is 8071. The small business standard is $12.5 million. This is a Sole Source Procurement. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Medical Center, HI anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract to the Neoteric Technology Limited.
