- General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 85,608 ANSI/BOMA Rentable Area to yield a minimum of 74,441 square feet of ANSI/BOMA Office Area (Usable Square Feet) of contiguous office and related use space along with 25 structured parking spaces for government vehicles in Seattle, Washington. The Delineated Area is: Seattle CBD East – Interstate 5 West – Alaskan Way North – Denny Way South – Royal Brougham The proposed lease is for fifteen years, ten years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
