- The above Combined/Solicitation is hereby extended to September 22, 2008, No later than 1300. Previous Description of Supplies is changed to read: The Aircraft Live Fire Training Facility located at Randolph AFB, Texas (southern region-winterization not necessary) requires four (4) quarterly inspections in accordance with Technical Order (TO) 35E1-2-13-1, Aircraft Fire Training Facility (attached in zip format). The quarterly inspections may require general maintenance work be performed to include troubleshooting and minor operational repair. To cover any needed replacement of parts during the general maintenance work, the Government has established a Not-to-Exceed amount of $750.00. All offerors should include this parts allowance as a separate line item on their quote. Any parts/repairs needed above that amount will be addressed and funded separately on an as-needed basis.
