- Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition and Procurement Office (WHS/A&PO) is requesting quotes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued on a limited source basis. The period of performance will be from date of award through 12 months. The contractor shall provide the following specific make & model item on a firm fixed price basis: 1.) Enterprise Management x7 (EM7) Specs: EM7 A1500 Application Server - quantity 1 Maintenance for EM7 A1500 - quantity 1 EM7 C1500 Poller Server - quantity 1 Maintenance for EM7 C1500 - quantity 1 EM7 C2500 Poller Server - quantity 1 Maintenance for EM7 C2500 - quantity 1 D2500 Enterprise Database Server -quantity 1 Maintenance for EM7 D2500 - quantity 1 EM7 D2500 HA Database Server - quantity 1 Maintenance for EM7 D2500 - quantity 1 Web Training (1/2 day) Per logon - quantity 4 EM7 EL50 All-in-one Aopen LAB USE ONLY - quantity 1 Maintenance for EM7 EL50 - quantity 1 Award will be made based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote for the commercial items required on an all or none basis. A description of the items being offered in sufficient details to evaluate compliance with the items listed above. This may include product literature, or other documents. Quoters must identify the Title, Enterprise Management x7 (EM7), in the Subject Line of the email.
