- The Department of Veterans Affair, VISN 7, Augusta GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Milner Document Products, Inc. for the leasing and repairing of reproduction equipment at the VA Medical Center, Atlanta, GA. The NAICS code is 811212 and size standard is $23.0 millions. The contract period will be from October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
