- PR 0019839958, NSN 1660-00-451-0739, Kit, Overhaul, Oxygen Regulator, P/N 9776303-10, quantity 48 each, in accordance with requirements of OC-ALC drawing 9776303, Revision D and applicable supports. Sole approved source of supply is Carleton Technologies, CAGE 04577. Solicited unrestricted, other than full and open competition, requested delivery is 384 days ARO, FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Kit verification testing is required. A technical data package DOES NOT exist for this item. Item is critical application but not CSI. Configuration control applies. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies and will be included in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website at www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be made available to requestors. Anticipated solicitation issue date is October 3, 2008.
