- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THERE IS NO FUNDING CURRENLTY AVAILABLE AND THERE IS NO GAURANTEE FUNDING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. Solicitation F1W3F28204A003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is for Full an Open Competition. The NAICS code is 333994, Size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20080812. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, and transportation necessary to provide services/supplies stated below: LI 0001 – Snowmelter Trecan Model 135-PD or equal (1 each). Snowmelter system shall include at a minimum, the following features: -Computerized system and data link to provide remote troubleshooting and software upgrades capability -A panel safety control system to provide fully automatic operation by computer control and graphic operator interface terminal. -At least 135 ton per hour melting capacity -Shall be designed to run on jet fuel. Pricing shall include product installation, erection and onsite training, and product orientation by authorized personnel. Delivery: FOB Destination Elmendorf AFB, AK 99506 requested delivery is no later than 2 Months ADC. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items. Award will be made based on the low price/technically acceptable offer. The government reserves the right to make award on initial quote received without discussions. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items with Alternate 1 with the offer.
