- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with GE Medical Systems. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with GE Medical Systems for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for an GE Innova 3100 and 4100 Digital Vascular Lab, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, 5500 Kellogg Ave Wichita, KS 67218. This agreement will include a base year and four one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
