- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Audio-Video Corporation, 213 Broadway, Albany, NY, to replace part of an existing Video recording system with matching components and coding. Award amount is estimated at $59,978. The statuatory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 334310 and the size standard is 750 employees. See Numbered Note 22 - insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
