- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to ProQuest LLC, 6216 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674, for online access to several proprietary databases. The award amount is estimated at $201,390. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 519130 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
