- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Dallas Avionics, located at 2525 Santa Anna Ave, Dallas, TX 75228, for the the acquisition of two (2) TDFM-7000NV w/Type II Modules Tactical radios. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Dallas Avionics under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Dallas Avionics. The NAICS Code is 334515. The Government anticipates the award on a firm fixed price purchase order. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement, however, a determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competition. No solicitation is available. Closing date is 09/22/2008. See Note 22.
