Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 5,019 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Bennettsville, South Carolina. Space must be situated within the delineated area: North: Main Street South: Everett to Maple Street East: Broad Street West: Highway 38 at James Street A minimum of 42 surface parking spaces are required on-site or within a two-block radius of the site. Street level, contiguous (same-floor) space is preferred. The space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire safety and handicapped accessibility, and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. Secure office space and facilities in an office building, fully serviced and altered to Government specifications are required. It is a requirement that the overall dimensions of the space have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before December 1, 2009. Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Subleases are not acceptable. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, September 29, 2008.
