- Description The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Eagle Business Systems, Inc., 255 Kershaw Industrial Blvd., Montgomery, AL 36117-2252, for the following: Annual Manufacturer's Maintenance Agreement on 3ea Hasler PowerPost Mail Systems; each system includes Base, Feeder, DWP scale, Stacker, and IMCM Printer. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified service they must respond to this notice before 2359hrs (Central Time) on 21 Sep 2008. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Eagle Business Systems, Inc. will be pursued.
