Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is Unrestricted. Principle NAICS is 339999 and size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to place a single order without discussions. Therefore, offers should submit their best offer up front. Do not assume you will be able to revise your offer. Background: The Florida Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Command employs rock climbing walls as a recruiting tool at special events. The walls are utilized by children and adults alike. Requirement: Quantity (2 ea), 24 mobile rock climbing wall with full length trailer design. Trailer should be 5 tire, have two, 4 independent tubular axles with torsion suspension. Wall should, in general, have fiberglass surface with approximately 115+ handholds, warning and safety signs, four (4) auto-belay generation 3 PLUS safety systems, four (4) certified auto-belay safety cables, four (4) swivels, four (4) locking carabineers, four (4) harnesses, four (4) buzzers at top of wall, T-handle tool for handholds, storage bag for all equipment when not in use, back bracing for mounting the wall indoors or outdoors, drop and go capability.
