- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted with commercial procedures as outlined at FAR 12. Solicitation Number H92240-08-T-05041 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. This is a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-26.
