- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office, CT intents limit Competition to pre-qualified vendor, for the purchase of ten (10) Shore Power Cables. Four (4) are 200'feet and Six (6) are 150'feet. This purchase will be done under simplified acquisition Procedures (FAR 13.5 test procedures), and other than full and open competition as authorized under far 6.302-1. Qualified Products List (QPL) # 24368-22 applies to this procurement. The anticipated award date is 25 Sep 2008; this notice is not a request for offers. An open competition based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Office.
