- Furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, material, equipment, and perform all operations required to apply an epoxy coating over the existing resilient, vinyl sheet goods and concrete deck. NOTE: The Blood Lab flooring consists of half cured concrete and vinyl sheet goods. The flooring will require prep work to complete the transition from sheet goods to concrete. Contractor will be responsible to feather the two elevations to a smooth transition. See Statement of Work for complete details.
