- This is a Request for Information (RFI) for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. While this is not a solicitation, a vendor list will be established and quotes will be accepted for the purpose of market research. Reference number F1Q3BN8155AB01_RFI_Locks is issued as a request for information (RFI). IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) should this requirement reach award status. To register, please visit http://www.ccr.gov. Additionally if this requirement reaches award status, offerors shall electronically complete FAR 52.212-3, Offer or Representations and Certification -- Commercial Items at Website http://www.bpn.gov/orca. Oral quotes would not be accepted. Quotes would have to be submitted on an all or none basis. The quote would have to include discount terms, delivery date, tax identification number, cage code, and DUNS number. Because the aircraft can be moved outside the Museum NAICS 332510 Hardware Manufacturing/Federal Stock Code 5340 Hardware, Commerical would be used. Wide Area Workflow is the Dept. of the Air Force's mandatory method of electronic invoicing. More information can be found at https://wawf.eb.mil. Description of requirements: Brand name for SAFLOK equipment/supporting software 0001 MT4000 SAFLOK MT X MKO Interchangeable Core 235 each 0002 Windows 6000 software, most current version 1 each 0003 Windows System 6000 Training CD 1 each 0004 Trade in discount for removed SL2500 locks 230 each 0005 Installation for 230 locks throughout two buildings 1 job 0006 Training for Lodging personnel 1 job Identify that your company can obtain the locks and software, and provide the installation and training services, State whether or not your company can/will provide a discount for the 230 removed SL2500 locks. State your business size (large or small) and if your business has a socio-economic small business designation.
