- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. CLOSING DATE: 9/19/08 @ 2:00PM EST. Contractors must submit their quote on company letterhead and include the solicitation number, Point of Contact, address, telephone number, cage code, DUNS number; estimated delivery, shipping charges, if any; unit, extended and total prices.
