- SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to award a $293,634.00 sole-source contract to Sun Microsystems, Inc., 4150 Network Circle, Santa Clara, CA95054 for the following : (1) Premium Software Service Plan which includessoftware license renewal for e*Way, and maintenance and support. SunMicrosystems, as the holder of proprietary rights to the See Beyondmanufactured e*Way product, is the only vendor capable of providing neededsoftware upgrades, licensing, and maintenance and support for unimpededoperation of applications. A firm, fixed-price commercial contract is anticipated in accordance with FARPart 13.5. The NAICS Code is 334111 with a size standard of 1,000.
