- This is a notice of intent to award contract action to Small Business Administraton (SBA) using the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act as sole source, firm fixed price contract to Sun Plus Data Group contractor, for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA. The anticipated date of award is 1 October 2008. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal not a solicitation for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
