Delivery: 30OCT2009, 40.00 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date will be 02 Oct 2008 with a due datefor receipt for proposals on 02 Nov 2008. To: UNITED TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION, EAST HARTFORD, CT.,06108-0968. Theproposed contract action is for supplies and services for which theGovernment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limitednumber of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302.
