- Sources are being sought for removing existing Aluminum Noses from approximately 13,000 each, 20mm PELE Cartridges and replaced with a Re-Designed Plastic Nose. Interested U.S./Canadian firms who feel they are capable of removing the existing Aluminum Noses and replacing with a Diehl Munitions Systems Re-Designed Plastic Nose are invited to indicate their interest by providing the Government a brief description of summary of their companys capabilities, including a brief description of facilities, personnel, and past manufacturing experience as it relates to the above criteria. This is a Market Survey for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request For Proposal(RFP), or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Market Survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. Information must be submitted to HQ, ASC, ATTN: AMSAS-ACS-F/Rosalie Lashbrook, 1 Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL 61299-6500. Please respond NO LATER THAN 29 SEP 2008 and identify 20mm PELE Sources Sought/Market Research as the subject of your response.
