- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Topcon Medical Systems for three each non-mydriatic retinal cameras, Topcon Model TRC-NW8 with IMAGEnet Lite software package and Nikon D80 back and accessories for delivery to the CBOCs in Middletown, Springfield and Richmond. The contracting office is VAMC Dayton, 4100 W. Third St., Dayton OH 45428. Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition will be used. The anticipated award date is 23 Sep 08. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by 3:00 p.m. EST., 23 Sep 08.
