- Arcata Associates (Arcata/UNITeS), in support of UNITeS Prime Contract NNM04AA02Cat Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis onlywith Perficient Corporation in support of the Implementation Phase of the NASA InternetPotocol Address Management (IPAM) Project; a part of the NASA Integrated InformationInfrastructure (NIII) Program. Arata/UNITeS intends to negotiate a modification to anexisting commercial Purchase Order for the required FY09 services at firm fixed pricedrates, supplies and travel expenses that are compliant to the requirements of theattached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) v.7. PerficientCorporation was selected as they are the only firm possessing the direct IPAM projectexperience to continue performance of the project and meet the pre-established goals ofcompletion set by the UNITeS Project Office. Arcata/UNITeS intends to acquire commercial services using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications (that complieswith the RFQ and SOW's intent of experience, idependence, and available resources) inwriting to the identified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. local time on 24September 2008. Responses received without the required detailed information will beconsidered non-responsive to the synopsis. A determination by Arcata/UNITeS not tocompete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responsesto this notice, is solely within the discretion of Arcata/UNITeS. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of solicitationamendments (if any) at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=62 asno hard copies will be provided by this office. Oral communications are not accepted in response to this Synopsis..
