- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combinded Synopsis and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This acquisition os a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards 500 Employees. The applicable NAICS is 333312. The requested item is as follows: Commercial Washer, New B and C HE60 microprocessor controlled, inverter driven, 60 pound, washer extractor. Quantity 1 each. Contractor is to install and remove old washer. Washer will be delivered to Directorate of Public Works, Attn: Melanie Ford, Bldg. 730, Ft. Richardson, Alaska 99505-6500. The 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda. Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors, Technical aceeptable, Price and Delivery. the contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the Best Value to the Government. All offers must include a completed compliance with the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Represntations and Certifications Commercial Items (Alt 1) the clause at 52.212-4, Contract tersm and Certifications Items applies to this acquisition with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representation, 252.204-7004. Required Central Contractor Registration. 242.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions, Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. the following additional clause(s) cited in this clause are also applicable 252.225-7001. Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program. 252.225-7002 Qualifying Country sources as Subcontractors.
