- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California Army National Guard has a requirement to install airfield wind-cones and lighted taxi-way signs at the airfield at Joint Forces Training Base at Los Alamitos, CA 90720. JOB DESCRIPTION: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials for installation of the electrical/lighted airfield wind-cones and the installation of four (4) new lighted taxi-way signs at Los Alamitos Army Airfield. Contractors may attend a job walk prior to bidding on 23 Sept, 08 at 10:00 a.m. Location and point of contact information as well as a detailed Scope of Work is available via email request. All vendors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Duns & Bradstreet, CAGE Code & Federal Tax ID numbers MUST be submitted with quote.
