- The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business with a NAICS code of 561720 with a small business size standard of not to exceed an average annual receipts of three preceding fiscal years of $14,000,000.00, including worldwide affiliates. Place of performance is US Armed Forces Recruiting Offices, WV; VA; PA; and MD areas, base year plus 4 option years. No phone or fax requests for a copy of solicitation will be accepted. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Josephine.E.Baran@usace.army.mil One completed copy of the solicitation must be submitted via U.S. mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 10 South Howard Street, Room 7000, ATTN: J. Baran, Contracting Division, Baltimore, Maryland 21201. The solicitation package will be available to interested vendors to create an account (unless they already have one) and download/obtain the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS (Federal Business Opportunities). You must be CCR registered in order to create an account at FEDBIZOPPS. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov as you will need your MPIN (Marketing Partner Identification Number) when creating an account at FEDBIZOPPS. If you do not have an account at FEDBIZOPPS you will be locked out from obtaining a hard copy of the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS.
