- Quotes/bids must be submitted electronically to mwright@fs.fed.us. Telephone inquiries WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All prospective bidders are responsible for monitoring the site for release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. The solicitation number is AG-82FT-S-08-0039 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This synopsis/solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 and small business size standard is $7.0M. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and ORCA in order to participate in this procurement. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Grounds Maintenance, Snow/Ice Removal- Base + 4 Option Years, see attached documents for complete information. Offerors or quoters are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
