- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference/solicitation number is F3Z1898199A002; solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and Defense. DCN20080513. Model : E350, Part # 69535001. 1 Each CLIN0003: Upper Basket. Model: 0188/1, Part # 69118801. 1 Each. CLIN0004: Lower Level Stainless Wire Basket. Model: U874/1, Part #: 69187403. 1 Each. CLIN0005: Stainless steel Full Insert for 38 Petri-Plates. Used on Upper and lower levels. Model: E118, Part#: 69511801. 1 Each. CLIN0006: Stainless Steel Full Insert for 56 Petri-plates. Used on lower level only. Model: E136, Part #: 69513601. 1 Each. CLIN0007: Installation & Commissioning of one G7804. 1 Each Vendor will assist in start-up of the washer and free basic training to personnel at no additional cost. Utility connections are the responsibility of the customer. Work to be performed during normal business hour, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
