- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422 seeks a qualified A/E firm that specializes in design and installation of a New 1500 Ton Chiller In Main Hospital. contractor shall provide a complete A/E design for Project 688-08-125. Firm must be located within a 200 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Washington, DC 20422. Qualified firms must submit their completed SF-330 to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (90C), Attn: Fred Harrison, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422. Firms must submit four (4) copies of the SF 330 w/ NO PHOTOS. The SF 330 can be found on the GSA forms website: HTTP: //WWW.GSA.GOV. The VA will shortlist the firms utilizing the SF 330 form and interviews will be limited to no more than five (5) selected firms base on the outcome of the scoring. This is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code: 541310/size standard is $4.5 million. This is not a request for proposal nor will a solicitation package or bidder/plan holder list be issued. Do not fax forms or email forms, they will be rejected. Response to this notice is required no later than September 22, 2008 at 2:00PM Eastern Standard time.
