- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Submit only written quotes for the RFQ. This acquisition is a 100% SDVOSB set aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard Code 423430 with a Small Business Size Standard of 100 employees. Below is the combined synopsis/solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. All offerors MUST BE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR). Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. OFFERORS SHALL INCLUDE A COMPLETE COPY OF THE PROVISION AT FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, WITH THEIR OFFER. Required period of performance is October 1, 2008 – September 30, 2009. Responses to this solicitation will be due by electronic submission on September 24, 2008 at 2:00 pm to Contracting Officer Edwin Davis by e-mail (Edwin.Davis@occ.treas.gov). Please see the attached Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. PRICE SCHEDULE Vendors shall provide price quotations for the line items shown on the attached spreadsheet. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Submission of Complete Quotes Offerors are cautioned to strictly comply with all instructions within this solicitation to ensure submission of a complete quote. Quotes are due by the exact date and time specified in this combined synopsis/solicitation; however, the OCC reserves the right to except late offers if the Contracting Officer determines the quote to be in the best interest of the Government. Evaluation The OCC will make an award to the lowest offeror whose products are deemed technically acceptable and in accordance with FAR Part 13.500 (Test Program For Certain Commercial Items).
