- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Comprehensive Technical Group, Inc, 2030 Powers Ferry Rd, Ste 130, Atlanta, Ga 30339-5053 for equipment, materials, hardware, on site delivery and installation, travel and freight for AVID system integration. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at sandra.shoff@us.army.mil. No later than 19 September 2008. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
