- Description
- The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for non-personal Teleradiology services for General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The base period of performance is on/about 1 January 2009 through 30 September 2009, plus four (4) twelve-month option periods (through 30 September 2013). This requirement will be solicited on a full and open basis. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111, Offices of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialists). The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 621111 is $10.0 million. Any Radiologist that provides services under any resulting contract shall be required to possess and maintain an active, valid, and otherwise unrestricted medical license issued by the state of Missouri for the length of service. The solicitation number is W81K00-08-R-0038. The solicitation will be available on/about 11 September 2008 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the Centr al Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Award will be made on/about 20 September 2008. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
