Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement FA4861-08-Q-B009, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. The NAICS for this solicitation is 453998. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is $6.5M. This is unrestrictive. This is a commercial request for a 1.Shock Doctor Basic Compression Short and Flex Cup or equal. Compression short is constructed of extra supportive four-way stretch moisture-wicking material with flat lock seams and unique wraparound X-FIT cup retention system.
