- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3448252AG01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, Defense DCN 20080812, and AFAC 2008-0605. This acquisition will be 100% total small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423310. The business size standard is 100 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5510. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5211. This request for quotation consists of Lumber and Plywood. LINE ITEM 0001: Lumber 2x4x16', Doug Fir, #1 or BTR, S4S, HT/KD (832EA) LINE ITEM 0002: Lumber 2x6x16', Doug Fir, #1 or BTR, S4S, HT/KD (768EA) LINE ITEM 0003: Lumber 2x12x16', Doug Fir, #1 or BTR, S4S, HT/KD (384EA) LINE ITEM 0004: Lumber 1x4x16', Doug Fir, #1 or BTR, S4S, HT/KD (1176EA) LINE ITEM 0005: Lumber 4x4x16', Doug Fir, #1 or BTR, S4S, HT/KD, 70% Free of Heart Center (364EA) LINE ITEM 0006: Plywood, CDX, 3/4", APA, SE, 4'x8" (792EA) The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items.
