Description

The Library of Congress, Contracts and Grants Management Department intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified companies interested in providing strategic marketing services for the Library's Educational Outreach program, including the design and development of promotional materials. The period of performance shall be from date of award for 8 months. It is anticipated that the solicitation/RFP will be released on or about Thursday, August 7, 2008. NOTICE - September 3, 2008 DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS IS EXTENDED. NEW DUE DATE IS SEPTEMBER 22, 2008. DUE DATE FOR SUBMITTAL OF QUESTIONS IS EXTENDED. NEW DUE DATE FOR QUESTIONS IS 4:00PM, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2008.
