- Description(s): Added: Aug 18, 2008 2:07 pm This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HSK18183A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25. The NAICS Code is 334210 and the NAICS size standard is 1000 Employees. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery and installation of the following items: DICES IV Thin Client Station, H/W box (2RU) plus on-board single board computer with VGA and data outputs for remote touchscreen display includes fiber connections and 12 aux channels P/N T23-161-075-1 or equal Flatscreen Monitor, touchscreen 10.4" Color, P/N Q903006 or equal Headset, noise cancelling, LEMO, standard output, dual channel, 15' coil cord (use for all new DICES IV sites), P/N H23-007-075-1 or equal DICES IV Remote Headset Cable Assy, Double 10', P/N T23-136-099-2 or equal All quotes must be received NLT Monday, 15 September 2008, at 1:00 pm (CST), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to enrique.gonzalez@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Monday, 15 September 2008, at 1:00 pm (CST) will make a offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
